John de Norrona is the Wikipedia anonymous name for a Western citizen with ample interest in the BRICS - or now rather BRIICS countries. One of the places on earth, which most fascinates him is the Brazilian island of Fernando de Noronha. A global Brazilian of the 21st Century by heart, he is also interested in all issues of global governance and global democracy.
