Biography

jonnymay was born in East Point, Georgia in 1973. He lived in East Point until 1983, when his family moved to Fairburn, Georgia. Shortly after that time, his parents divorced, and he and his brother remained in the custody of their mother. jonnymay attended local public schools, including Campbell High School in Fairburn from 1986 - 1990. He graduated from Creekside High School in 1991.

In April 1994 jonnymay married, and together he and his wife have two children. The family has lived mainly in Fairburn, with a brief period of time spent living in Newnan, Georgia.

Interests

Since the mid-80's, jonnymay has been interested in comics - mostly mainstream superhero comics, with an emphasis on Batman. In recent years, he has expanded his scope to also include other heroes such as Iron Man, the Avengers, and to a lesser extent, the X-Men.

jonnymay has been involved at the local theatre guild in Fairburn, Georgia since 1985 when we auditioned and was cast as Edmund in a stage version of C.S. Lewis' The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. He has performed non-acting functions such as sound and lighting tech, as well as graphic design for several shows' print assets. However, his passion and main focus remains on acting.

jonnymay also enjoys web design, and recently completed a BFA in Interactive Media Design in September 2007.

He is active at his local church, First Christian Church at Fairburn, and enjoys using his talents and abilities to serve others.
