Many thanks[edit]

The Random Acts of Kindness Barnstar
I just wanted to thank you for all the initiatives you undertook in reponse to my messages for editor assistance while I was blocked. It was very kind of you and I will not soon forget it. Tiamuttalk 20:57, 18 February 2010 (UTC)
No problem, friend. I'm amazed at the patience you display while working on Palestine articles. It's too frustrating for me most of the time, so I've been dedicating most of my efforts elsewhere. I admire your resolve -- I'll try to help out more in the future. In solidarity, Jrtayloriv (talk) 22:49, 19 February 2010 (UTC)
Thanks. Though I do sometimes lose my cool, I often wonder if I'm being too patient (i.e. capitulating). Editing here can be detrimental to my sense of dignity and self-worth. I just try to remember that feeling is a pretty standard feature of being Arab in Western society these days. We are bombarded by negative stereotypes pretty much everywhere we turn. Its very cool of you to be aware of these dynamics. By the way, I loooove your user page - I hope to be able to live off the grid some day soon myself. Tuskegee syphilis experiment[edit]

The Human Sexuality Barnstar
Thank you for uploading such useful and powerful illustrations for the Tuskegee syphilis experiment article, Simon Speed (talk) 01:55, 19 March 2010 (UTC)

I've moved the images to the Wikimedia Commons and categorized them there so that they can be used by all Wikimedia projects such as the non-English Wikipedias. When you have useful free media, it's much better to load it straight to the Commons. --Simon Speed (talk) 01:55, 19 March 2010 (UTC)

Thank you. There are dozens/hundreds more at the Archives. I was going to dig through them and pick out the best of them. -- Jrtayloriv (talk) 02:01, 19 March 2010 (UTC)
Please, please do. The Commons can always use good useful free content. Frankly, a couple of those document images you uploaded are as dramatic as they come. --Simon Speed (talk) 16:38, 19 March 2010 (UTC)
