In 2016 the ensemble commissioned Scottish composer, Sir James MacMillan, to compose a new choral work to be premiered at the re-opening of the Mackintosh Building at The Glasgow School of Art[1] after its restoration following the fire in May 2014.

In June 2016 the ensemble recorded a new choral work within the Mackintosh Library at The Glasgow School of Art[2], raising funds for the School's Mackintosh Campus Appeal.
