My involvement with Wikipedia[edit]

I joined Wikipedia on 25 October 2010. Since then I have edited various articles ranging from the Mellon Institute of Industrial Research, a contract research organization that was active from 1913 until 1967, to the American painter Eve Drewelowe. A former manager of the American Chemical Society's National Historic Chemical Landmarks program, most of my contributions have been about historical subjects in chemistry, but I am also interested in art, history, and South Dakota.

Since joining Wikipedia, I have started the following articles:

I coordinated American Chemical Society activities in support of the Wikipedia Year of Science and have worked with members of the Wikipedia community to organize the following edit-a-thons:
