Specifications[edit]

RQ-12A AV Wasp AE[edit]

The RQ-12A is a fixed wing hand launched UAS under 1.3 kg (2.9 lb) in weight with a two-axis EO gimbal. The Wasp AE can land in confined areas using its deep-stall landing technique, where the aircraft turns over onto to its back to protect its gimbal, and performs a deep stall over the landing area and floats to the ground, using the wings to create drag.
