Roger Ridley (April 30, 1948 - November 6, 2005) was an American street performer, singer and guitarist best known for his performance contributions and participation with the Playing for Change organization.

Roger Ridley was born Milton Lee Ridley Jr. to Milton Lee Ridley and Lessie White Ridley in Charles Junction, Georgia. He spent most of his adult life in New York where he raised a family and worked at Con Edison.

Ridley's music was well known to people who frequented the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, California on Saturdays where he typically performed for donations from passers by.
