Breed Standards
General Appearance First impression is an animal that is of firm type in body structure. In shape, movement, coat texture, color of coat, and mask, this breed is similar to the Steppe wolf.
Size, Proportion, Substance Height at the withers for males is at a minimum of 27 inches for females 24 inches. Males will weigh a minimum 60 pounds; females 50 pounds. Body should be longer than they are tall.
***Note*** The KAYO INU will not meet this as of right now. The breed is just getting started and our goal is health not looks. This may also change as the breed goes on.
