Naoki Katashima[1] is the Bandai Namco[2] European President & Bandai Namco Holdings UK Managing Director. Born 26th May 1961 in Nagasaki Japan, Naoki is one of the key executive leaders for Bandai Namco group, one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world.
Naoki Katashima has held many key executive positions within the Bandai Namco group including Chairman and President of the group. He has featured in many game credits from some of the most successful productions including Tekken, Dark Souls, Elden Ring, PAC-MAN, Tales of Arise, Ace Combat and many more.
During his career, he has held positions including General Manager at Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance from 1985 to 2004, Global business Executive Officer of Koei Tecmo Games from 2004 t0 2008, Senior VP of Namco Bandai group, Director, COO, Board of Directors, CEO and Chairman and now EU President and Managing Director since 2008.
