Miss Belize California Miss Belize California Beauty Pageant was founded in 2004 by Louis D. Reyes, under the direction of Belize Cultural Foundation (BCF). BCF is the producer of the Biggest 2 day Belizean Independence Celebration in the United States. In 2010, BCF association with Miss Belize California ended. On June 30, 2011 Miss Belize California became a Non-Profit organization. On November 16, 2014, Miss Belize California will host its ninth Beauty Pageant. Eligible contestants for Miss Belize California, are young ladies who are natural born females, between the age of 18 and 25 years, heritage linking back to Belize, resident of California, never been married, never been pregnant.
