A.J. Weimer is the Founder and President of The Martial Arts Unlimited Association.

    He began his martial arts career at the age of 6 and later on after graduating high school, entered the military where he was part of special ordinance, communications, and chemical warfare units.  His first assignment was to a military base located in Tokyo, Japan.  During his time there A.J. became highly involved with the martial arts community by training at various schools throughout the area.  Desiring a more fast paced life, A.J. left the military to enter full time international security operations and martial arts instruction while living in Japan as a civilian.
    Wanting to continue his personal studies in Asian culture and customs, A.J. resided in Japan for almost a decade studying the Japanese language, warrior culture, and history.  During this time, A.J. earned black belts in Aikido, Jiu-Jitsu Submission Fighting, Kali, and Combative Weapons. He also trained extensively in Judo, Jeet Kun Do, Ninpo Taijitsu, Russian Sambo, Iaido, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Pencak Silat, Shoot Fighting, Muay Thai Boxing, and Wing Chun at various martial art schools in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto including the Hombu Dojo, Kodokan Judo Institute, Bujinkan Hombu Dojo, and the IUMA Jeet Kun Do school in Shinjuku.  In 2003, in recognition of his accomplishments, Judan Alex Mordine awarded A.J. with the school title of Yoshindojo, which means the Way of Truth and Honor.  
    A.J. has been featured in both the Armed Forces Network Radio and T.V. stations overseas and has also been featured in many articles for the Stars and Stripes newspaper for his accomplishments with martial arts in the U.S. Armed Forces community. A.J. has also given demonstrations to various colleges, university departments, and R.O.T.C. detachments educating people on Asian warrior culture and traditions.
   In addition to martial arts, A.J. also began training and working extensively in international security operations completing additional combat training in counter-surveillance tactics, I.E.D. search and recognition, communications & electronic counter-surveillance, protective and evasive driving, counter-terrorism tactics, and close-quarter firearms training.  A.J. has been a part of several response teams for kidnap, ransom, and extortion operations in Asia, Europe, North and South America.  In addition, he has also conducted personal protection services to many celebrities and VVIPs around the world.  
    Currently, A.J. holds an 8th Degree black belt in Total Fighting Concepts from the USMAA, 4th Degree in All-Japan Submission Fighting, Senior Instructor Level in Modern Kali,  a 4th Degree in Yoshin Budokai Aikido, 3rd Degree in SIAF Aikido, and is currently working towards 1st Degree in Submission Arts Wrestling under Mike Martelle and founder Hidetaka Aso with the All Japan Joint Technique Federation.
    In order to help preserve the integrity of the many martial arts M.A.U.A. represents, A.J. also maintains current outside memberships with the following organizations:

    A.J. has taught close-quarter combat tactics to U.S. Military Police and U.S. Military Special Operations members and with over 30 years of experience, A.J. is an expert in martial arts, close-quarter combat, and edge weaponry.  Currently, A.J. continues to provide security consulting, close-quarter combat training, and corporate executive self-defense training for businessmen and women traveling internationally in addition to overseaing operations for the Martial Arts Unlimited Association's world-wide members.
