Artur Harutyunyan was born on February 21, 1986, in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. His formative years were spent at secondary school No. 114 named after Khachik Dashtens, where he received his early education. In 2007, he graduated from the Armenian Medical Institute with a qualification in dentistry after completing his studies from 2002 to 2007. Later, in 2015-2018, he pursued a degree in law from the St. Petersburg Institute of Economics and Law of Foreign Economic Relations (Yerevan branch).[1]
