USA-North Korea equation is of similar character, therefore, other Nations should not interfere into it, otherwise they may get indulge in this mess of uncertainty. North Korea have for the first time sent such a high delegate i.e. Kim's Sister, to discuss the National Security issue with south korea, at least one window for dialogue has open since Un has taken the headship of NK. Dragon plays very important role in supporting North Korea indirectly by funding them & even providing them latest weapons. Because it has its own hidden interest. As member of P5 in United Nations Organisation it cannot flex its muscle, so it's letting North Korea to do so. Its time for wait n watch ?
