Julianna Borbála Rákóczi (September 1672 – May 26, 1717) Francis I Rákóczi, the chosen Prince of Transylvania and the daughter of Ilona Zrínyi, sister of Francis II Rákóczi.
Youth[edit]
Julianna Rákóczi was born in September 1672 to Francis I Rákóczi and Ilona Zrínyi. His parents' firstborn son, George, was born in 1667 and died in the same year. Julianna was born five years later in 1672. He lost his father early, Francis I Rákóczi, was barely 31 years old when he died suddenly on July 8, 1676, in Zborov, on the Polish border.
