I usually say my job title is "computer guy". My experience is primarily Linux-related research computing. I have worked in EEG and fMRI projects, in addition to supporting HPC systems (full stack). I am employed by McMaster University as SharcNET staff, and am therefore also ComputeCanada/NDRIO staff.

Outside of employment, I lead the Servas ICT team.

I am American, grew up mostly in Saudi Arabia, and am now also Canadian.
