A. S. "Sandy" Carter is a retired United States Navy SEAL. Was awarded a Bronze star in his service in Syria in 2017

Military service[edit]

A. Carter joined the United States Navy in 2009 and became a Navy SEAL in 2016 graduating from BUD's class 316

While serving with SEAL Team Four, Carter took part in operations in Central America Korea Syria Afghanistan. He was a EOD(Explosive Ordnance Disposal) technician who graduated in January 2012 from Naval School of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD) located at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. He served in six SEAL Platoons, and awarded the Bronze Star for conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty while assigned to a Quick Reaction Force responding to developing situations.

8 years of Navy service, he was granted a medical discharge as a SEAL Petty officer first class on March 2017

Carter was also known to speak multiple languages other than English.

Post-military life[edit]

Not much is known of what happened with Carter after he got out.
