Her talents attracted the attention of fellow artists and increasingly yielded more time in the recording studio. Eventually her work was noticed by music industry veterans, resulting in her recruitment by Bernie Grundman Mastering, where she was responsible for the delivery and production of projects with a multitude Grammy Award-winning recording artists, songwriters, arrangers and producers. After completing a three year contract, she moved on to become General Manager of TNT Records and Management, where she was instrumental in the worldwide success of the group Digital Underground , and later, rap music legend Tupac Shakur.
