Founded By Noemi Rojas[edit]

Noemi Rojas was born in Lorain, Ohio from Puerto Rican parents. From a very young age Noemi was interested in performing arts and she realized what it felt like to be in front of an audience. Her path towards the world of entertainment was cemented within the first moments she performed with her elementary school band and orchestra as a soloist in the suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Weather it is dance, clarinet or saxophone, Noemi was fueled by passion from the very beginning. At the height of the Disco era, Noemi was featured as a dancer on Weekday Fever hosted by Nancy Glass. She also loved sports and competed in various sports team.

In 1980, Noemi took her experience and memories of her hometown and moved to Los Angeles. She attended the Stanislavsky Academy and Lee Strasberg, where she learned the renowned acting method among other acting techniques. She performed in various theatrical plays including Uncle Vanya where she took on the role of young and beautiful Elena. Yet this significant moment could not compare to the grand opportunities her dancing skills offered her. While performing with Santa Monica Dance Academy, she was scouted by a Latin Revue Show that invited her to tour throughout Asia.

After Noemi moved to Miami Beach in 1998, she put all of her past experiences to use and in 1999 opened Deco Models agency. In the years to follow Noemi has managed productions and campaigns for various companies such as; MTV Latin America, Toyota, Sand Jeans, Masterfile stock photography, Molinera editorials and Gilberto Santa Rosa music video. Some of her recent projects include executive producer of feature film Secrets and Death and short film of the spectacular artist, Archie Ulm. Through her incredible work ethic as well as working long days and hours, she built her agency from scratch to what it is today 15 years later, one of the leading agencies in South Florida

Noemi continues to surprise her clients and business associates. Now amidst all of the growth her company has had in the past decade, Noemi is set to open a Deco Models branch office in New York City, the fashion capital of the world.
