"Not notable. No sources found to demonstrate notability"[edit]

This sort of argument appears a lot in deletion discussions. Often someone else will come along who decides that the subject is notable and who has found sources to demonstrate notability. People should consider:

  • Google does not return every source that exists (not even a majority of them in many cases)
  • Google won't necessarily put the most relevant results at the top of the list or on the first page of results
  • That they may just not be very good at finding sources

People who have nominated several articles for deletion on the basis that no coverage could be found only for other editors to find such coverage should really learn that they might not be good enough at locating sources to judge notability.
