Gareth Southgate selected Jones to start in a friendly against Germany despite six injections.[1][2] Jones was brought off after aggravating a thigh injury in the first half.[3][4] He was unable to play against Newcastle because of the injury.[3]

Chelsea Physio[edit]

Controversy in Chelsea vs Swansea match. Eva Carneiro is physio. Eden was treated.[5] “I wasn't happy with my medical staff because even if you are a medical doctor or secretary on the bench, you have to understand the game,” said Chelsea manager Mourinho.

The two times Australia lost in the QF it was to England. In 1995 Australia came 2nd in pool then lost by 3. In 2007 they topped their pool but lost by 2.

Sexton[edit]

Sexton started in three of the four 2015 Rugby World Cup pool matches. In Ireland's penultimate pool match he scored 11 points (three penalties and a conversion) in a 16–9 win against Italy. He scored six points in a 24–9 win in Ireland's final pool match against France. He missed the quarter final match against Argentina after he picked up a groin injury against France.
