'Mohawk Trail (Connecticut)' is a 25.70-mile (41.36 km) Blue-Blazed hiking trail that winds through Litchfield County in north-western Connecticut.

The CFPA Blue-Blazed Mohawk trail follows the original trail route of the Appalachian Trail in Connecticut until the Appalachian Trail was re-routed to follow the Housatonic River from from Broadloaf Mountain (near Cornwall Bridge) to Falls Village.

The Mohawk Trail (Connecticut)' connects to the Appalachian Trail at both it's southern terminus (Broadloaf Mountain) and northern terminus (Falls Village near Housatonic Valley Regional High School), both adjacent to the Housatonic River and Connecticut Route 7.

The CFPA Blue-Blazed Mattatuck Trail's northern trail head connects to and terminates at the Mohawk Trail in Mohawk Mountain State Forest / Mohawk Mountain State Park.
