ServiceDashboard is a performance analytics reporting software application that is currently marketed to enterprise organizations to manage big data using proactive impact dashboard reporting. It can generate impact and operational reports using a wide range of data sources.

History[edit]

The company was founded in 2010 by a group of former EMC Smarts employees to provide reporting and analytical solutions that were unavailable in the industry. The founding partners had practical experience managing enterprise networks, and developed software to provide solutions. CirrusPoint is funded and backed by a group of private investors.

Features[edit]

ServiceDashboard provides users the ability to manage big data through the use of proactive dashboard reporting, predictive analytics, notifications and auto-scheduled report generation. Users can create proactive notifications for threshold violations and can create historical or real-time reporting on monitored data sources. Performance data can be collected from various data sources and is displayed in a web-based dashboard.
