Passive speaker (language): I plan to add an explanation of why a person might be/become a passive speaker of a language or why they would not have an adult-like command of a language. It mentions what a passive speaker is but has no explanation why that might be. Also, there could be more examples of passive speakers than just the Ainu language. It is unknown whether having 10% of speakers being passive speakers is a high or low percentage. One should also go more in-depth about the heritage language programs that are mentioned only briefly.
