Hi. To link to a Wikipedia page from within Wikipedia, you can just put the article title in double brackets "[[]]". You can also autogenerate numbered lists by putting the pound/hash sign "#" in front of each item.
Your article selections all look interesting. The last three will be slightly difficult because of limited sources. You should be able to find enough for any of the three, but you might have to dig a bit. The Aether article could use formatting help and expansion. The History of Science in Early Cultures is a big topic. Rather than tackling the whole article, I'd suggest picking a particular culture and expanding or developing that section. You would need to make sure that you weren't duplicating information from other Wikipedia articles. Feel free to choose whichever of these seems most interesting / doable.
