Why I am done with Wikipedia[edit]

I created a few articles and added relevant info to some others. I was mostly just working on the Julleuchter article in my free time as something to do. I learned a lot of information from different places and just wanted to give it back to the world, so I made up the article and it was in my opinion a pretty good article. Now that it has been horribly butchered by other users, that do not add info but try to delete whatever that can whenever they can, I have decided to just give up and not care any more. You win you small minded people, after having been on Wikipedia for 2 years, 3 months, and 1 day, I am done.--Nicholasweed (talk) 23:28, 16 February 2010 (UTC)

I have an interest in history, art, film, popular culture, etc. I am not trying to be bias or push any political agenda in any way. I am trying to be truthful and just maybe add something to human knowledge. I have mostly just worked on one article in my free time but I would like to contribute information to more articles in the future. I like articles that have photos because they help add to the subject. If an article is about a person it should have a photo of them to show that they are real and lived here on this Earth just like you and I. I don’t like it when negative people butcher articles by deleting relevant subject matter.

I mainly only speak English, my Spanish skills are not that great. So, I use “Babelfish translation” when ever I come across a source in another language that might hold information I am looking for.

I do feel that I am adding info about mostly dark subjects. I really need to add to other stuff like Turkish Star Trek, etc.

I will say that any interest I have in Third Reich Germany comes from an interest in history and also from pop culture. Nazis make great villains in films like “Raiders of the Lost Ark” and American comic books like “Sergeant Rock”, “Hellboy”, etc. I think the only good Nazis are fictional ones because the real Nazis did a lot of bad stuff in their time on this Earth.

I graduated from Edison High School and San Joaquin Delta College. I intend to transfer to a 4-year college and earn at least a BA in History. My only problem with that is that I don’t have any money to attend a 4-year school. I’m going to have to take some time off and work somewhere at some sort of job while I figure things out.

Here is a list of what I have earned so far from Delta College:
