The Cessna 526 CitationJet Trainer was a prototype American jet trainer of the 1990s. It was a twin-engined, tandem seat aircraft, based on the Cessna CitationJet executive aircraft, intended to compete for the Joint Primary Aircraft Training System (JPATs) requirement for a primary trainer for the United States Air Force and United States Navy. It was unsuccessful, with the T-6 Texan II being chosen instead, and only two prototypes were built.
