So here it is, my user page.

I mostly flitter around updating articles if I have recently seen say a documentary or read something of interest in a newspaper/magazine. I tend to make small corrections or little additions rather than write whole articles.

I have, however started a few articles;

The Box (book) - A book about container shipping and how it affected the world economy Zoe, Duncan, Jack and Jane - A US Teen sitcom

I try to help answer questions on the Reference Desk WP:RD/H as there are often interesting questions raised there.

Hi. I just wanted to say thankyou for your helpful advice about downloading a Mario Lanza track for my pal's Dad's funeral (hopefully some time away yet). I found the iTunes download easy but as with most things these days, I found the instructions for copying to disc as clear as mud. Not your fault I know, but I was brought up years ago to believe in the old-school adage K.I.S.S. meaning "Keep It Simple Stupid". Modern technology could be so much more enjoyable, especially to older folk like me - but it seems to be designed by nerds for other nerds and they must lose vast amounts of potential business. Perhaps I should have just asked my 7 years old grandson? Again, many thanks.
