The Ball Mansion or Ball House was a historic home on the on Skagit Flats in Skagit County, Washington.^[1]

JOHN AND AMOS BALL; first lane to the right off Highway 20 west of Whitney; built 1905; present owner Lea McMillan Diacos. — This house arouses the curiosity of many travelers on the Anacortes highway. It stands on the Padilla flats across the railway from Memorial Highway (Highway 20) more than a quarter of a mile away at the end of a narrow lane which begins just west of Whitney. It was a fine well built house in its day, reached by boat on Indian Slough. When highways took the place of waterways it was more isolated. Puget Ball sold it to the McMillans. It has been unoccupied for many years and has fallen into an advanced stage of picturesque decay, probably beyond restoration. Visitors are advised not to attempt the lane in wet weather. Heavy equipment is stored in the barns and a trailer house behind the house accounts for the TV antenna, visible in the picture.
