Hideous, frightful, ghastly, grim, grisly, grotesque, horrid, dreadful, terrible, shockingly ugly, unpleasant beyond words!

That's how she described it – the future – the period when she was born. We have a guest. She has visited many people already in this, our present time. Her name is not Gloria, that's just what she asked us to call her. And she's also asked me to write something obscure about her just in case she fails to do what she came back to do – to make the future a better place. She wants me to reveal as little as possible about the future, just enough to make it real enough to discourage certain people from becoming more hurtful than they already are.

illions and illions

I know what your thinking – did Gloria make us rich? She tried to, but I told her it wasn't necessary. We already have more than we would ever need. What was her mission? She came back to this period to change what happens during and after the 2024 elections in the United States. She told us that both major parties had tried to rig the elections in 2016, and the conservatives had been successful. The exact same thing had happened in the 2020 elections, and that time the liberals succeeded. Gloria said that happened only because the foreign powers were too concerned about getting caught, so they would not cooperate, and the liberals rose to the top. She is here in this crucial year, 2024, to change whatever it is that happens that resulted in her lifetime of hideous events. Gloria would not elaborate and left in tears. She has some interesting tools at her disposal. Whatever it is that she changes, I hope it makes for a brighter future for all.

She's ba-ack

Gloria has returned to say that she has made some progress. This time she shared that, in her period, time travel to the past is a one-way trip like it is for all of us except our one-way trip is into the future. She would never be able to return to her time, so she is avid about completing her mission successfully. The foreign powers had been gathering their courage and gearing up to help the conservatives during this year's elections. Gloria had been able to put some well-placed paranoia bugs in their ears. They are beginning to pull back out again, which gives the liberals an advantage. She tells us that some of the foreign agencies house some very intelligent people, expecially the Asians. It's a constant battle to keep track of their inventions and discoveries. The Germans are also very smart, but their agents have little or no power; the Russians are smart as well, and they have numerous ways into our election machines, but they are also the most timorous and have pulled out completely.
