Paliquito is Chief Executive Officer of “Muscle Bound”. Born in Greece, raised in California he started off his career as a bodybuilder/ actor. He ended his career as a bodybuilder in 2004, and enrolled at University of Southern California (U.S.C.) in the fall of 2005, studying sports medicine. After graduating from Graduate School he undertook tasks that led to the creation of “Muscle Bound”.

Paliquito was accepted by one of the top private schools in the state, http://www.usc.edu/student-affairs/Health_Center/medical/staff.shtml. University of Southern California. He took various kinesiology courses, one of the courses he took was, “A Movement Anatomy and Kinesiology”, KIN 412. In the class he read many books such as: “Manual of Structural Kinesiology” by Floyd R. and Thompson; “The Body in Motion: Its Evolution and Design” by; and “Neuroanatomy: Text and Atlas” by Ed. McGraw-Hill.

Hobbies[edit]

On his spare time he lifts weights; sports shooting; hip-hop dancing, and tap dancing. He likes playing sports like rugby football and basketball. He also likes to take long walks on the beach, enjoying the sunset, while drinking Dos Equis. He likes watching TV shows such as: "How I Met Your Mother, Chopped, Biggest Loser, and Dog Whisper.

Music[edit]

His music varies from trip hop, R&B, to contemporary worship, and Latin music. He also plays the acoustic guitar while listening to a rock band “Cold Play”.

Sports[edit]

Because he grew up in Californina he became a hardcore fan of University of Southern California’s college football team, USC Trojans. Paliquito grew up with a fair amount of influences in mix martial arts. He enjoys attending Ultimate Fighting matches whenever and wherever. He is an advocate in the teaching of Frank Dux.
