From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Vaccine chasing is when one goes to extraordinary means in order to obtain a vaccine for which the demand exceeds the available supply. Vaccine chasers go out of their way to find an available dose, such as by traveling long distances and waiting in lines, all in hopes that a dose is available for them. Often, the vaccine chaser is not a member of a priority group, but may be offered a dose that would otherwise be discarded.
