Alto Irpavi Velodrome - Velodromo de Alto Irpavi, La Paz Bolivia ...

Situated at 3417m above sea level ^[1] , in La Paz Bolivia. Due the high altitude and thin air, it's been the fastest velodrome, where the 500m and 1000m (the kilo) time records where beaten ^[2]
