Théodore de Korwin Szymanowski otherwise, Teodor Korwin Szymanowski was a Polish landowner, political theorist and writer. He was born in Cygów, Mazovia in July 1846 and died in Kiev, Ukraine in September1901. He was an early proponent of an European Commonwealth [1] [2] and an Anti-slavery campaigner[3] [4].
