Wynkoop Brewing Company is a brewpub located in Denver, Colorado. It was opened in 1988 by John Hickenlooper, Jerry Williams, Mark Schiffler and Russell Schehrer.^[2]^[3]

According to the Brewer's Association, Wynkoop produced 7500 barrels of its various beers in 2015.^[4]

Brewery[edit]

Wynkoop is notable in part because for employing a female brewer, Bess Daugherty, who began there in 2012.^[5]
