Rockford Toolcraft Incorporated is a privately owned American company. In 1976 they started a two man tool and die shop in Rockford Illinois. Since that time, the business has grown to a two plant operation with over 400 employees.

Plant one is home to the corporate offices, coil fed Metal Stamping and main tooling build facility. This heavy stamping facility also produces new metal stamping dies and has expert Engineering, CNC and Wire EDM departments. In addition, there is an exceptional Quality department, fully staffed and very well equipped to handle customers needs. Plant one occupies 176,000 sq.ft. on 9.5 acres and is located in the Greater Rockford Industrial Park.

The second plant is home to Rockford Toolcraft's largest metal stamping press commonly known as "Brutus". Brutus is a Verson 4,400 Ton Transfer Press. There are many other metal stamping presses along with die repair, a robotic welding center, an Arku Flatmaster 50, an AccurPress hydraulic CNC press brake, a Fanuc robot parts loader and 5 Amada lasers. The plant contains the main warehouse, shipping facility, tool build facility and an additional Quality department which is also staffed and equipped to handle any customers needs. Plant two occupies 191,000 sq.ft. on 13.5 acres.

Among the two facilities, there are over 60 heavy gauge stamping presses ranging from 45 tons up to 4400 tons. There are more than fifty die makers and ten die designers. They have a modern toolroom and utilize the cutting edge software such as AutoForm, Mastercam, Solid Edge and Logopress. Rockford Toolcraft is also very committed to high standards in quality and are currently certificated to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 for quality.
