Wynnum Plaza is a shopping centre located in the Brisbane suburb of Wynnum West.

History[edit]

The centre was purchased for $16.5M by Mercantile Mutual in 1994.[2][3] They demolished and rebuilt most of the existing building, which had structural problems, with the final stage opening in July 1997.[4]

The centre was sold again to a private investor for $80M in 2009.[1]
