"Unhinged" is the tenth episode and finale of the second season of the drama television series Rectify. It originally aired on SundanceTV in the United States on August 21, 2014. The episode was written by series creator Ray McKinnon in collaboration with Kate Powers, and directed by Stephen Gyllenhaal. In the episode, Daniel Holden (Aden Young) decides to take the plea deal offered to him, while his family and friends struggle to cope with the realization of the consequences.

Different character developments occur throughout "Unhinged", particularly with Amantha Holden.

"Unhinged" received favorable reception from television commentators, who praised the climactic scenes, as well as the development of various characters and the performances from actors and actresses. Despite this, it attained low ratings of 165,000 viewers and a 0.1 rating in the 18–49 demographic upon airing, according to the Nielsen Media Research.
