Mohammad Rifat was born on 19th November 1990 in Basti, a small town in east UP. He was born and Bought up in the Airforce colonies in various cities. He was the bright student of KV no.1 AFA Hyderabad and KV No.1 KKD Kharagpur. He finished his High School from Iqra Public School in Aligarh.He completed his Graduation in Economics and MBA in HR from Aligarh Muslim University. He became the part of Corporate HR Strategy team in IFFCO Group in Nov 2013 where he has been involved in multiple strategy based roles. To summarize he accomplished some big projects and got applauded for the same. Following is the project list. Now he is working in Corporate HR of IFFCO Group acting as on following roles: Acting as an HRBP for Corporate functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, IT and Marketing Leading HR projects as a part of HR transformations Part of the policy governance team of IFFCO KPI and Competency mapping on roles Employee Engagement for the Corporate Functions Handling End to End Recruitment Cycle for the corporate
