Jeryl Frederick Woutersz (b. 18 May 1950) is a Sri Lankan former first-class cricketer, team manager and match referee who is most well known for his membership of the rebel Sri Lankan team that toured apartheid South Africa in 1982/83.

At the time of the Rebel Tour, Woutersz was working as a marketing executive at Manchester Threads.[1] Following the tour Woutersz was able to return to his marketing job.[1]

In 2015, Woutersz was appointed Sri Lanka's team manager for the upcoming tours of Pakistan and India.[2]
