His name is Ryekotoo Julius Peter. He is Pauline Lukwayi by mother's name and Lukwayi Justin by father's name. He is a creative writer and teaching is his profession. He was born on the 19 April,1991 in Gulu district, Northern Uganda. He went to Gulu Prison primary school. Later, he was admitted to Gulu High school. He transfered to Excel Millennium High school where he studied only for a year. He sat for Uganda national certificate of education from St. Joseph college Layibi. He was admitted to Gulu central High school where he sat for Uganda advanced certificate of education. He joined Gulu university where he completed bachalor in arts education of English language and literature. Hypoheals-Spain, AIPC PANDORA, Maisha film lab and Film 256 trained him art of film making. Julius wrote many poems and film scripts.
