Sundeep Bhardwaj Kullu (born on May 23) is an Indian Travel, Portraits & Landscapes Photographer, a World traveller , a enterpreneur who has travelled to more than 70 countries in the world in over 300 major destinations across East & West Europe, North & South America, Indian Sub-continent, Africa, South East Asia & The Middle East. His Photography focuses on 'Seven Wonders of the Ancient World' to 'New 7 Wonders of the World' , ' New 7 Wonders of Nature' the 'Highest Points on the Earth' (Himalayas-India China Nepal-Mount Everest) to the 'Lowest Points on the Earth' (Dead Sea-Israel, Palestine, Jordan) and ' 1001 Natural Wonders of World you should se before you Die , a book by Michael Bright, General Editor; Preface by Koichiro Matsuura, Director-General of UNESCO'. His Photostories concentrates on 'The UNESCO World Heritage Sites' & other beautiful places & cities of the World. He intensively covered Unexplored Himalayan Landscapes and Landscapes of 70+ Countries he traveled to since year 2005 and still exploring more. He is die hard Mohit Chauhan, Anuj Sharma Fan!

Early years[edit]

He was born in Sundernagar which is a beautiful town in proximity of Kullu Valley on the foothills of Himalayas in Mandi District in Himachal Pradesh in India and his family presently lives in Kullu-Manali (a tourist town nearby to Sundernagar). His works focus mainly on People, Portraits, Landscapes, Places & Culture of countries around the World. Born in Himachal he have extensively covered Landscapes in Himachal Pradesh (All 12 districts) ranging from main towns to suburbs and other unexplored places. He has done many photostories on culture & living of people in Kullu Valley, Kinnaur, Lahaul & Spiti, Leh & Ladakh, Shimla, Dharamshala & other major tourist destinations of Himachal Pradesh and its vicinity. Himachal has bagged many 'Outlook Travellers Awards' year after year as ‘Favourite Adventure Destination’, '[http://nvonews.com/2011/01/29/himachal-bags-three-more-awards-in-tourism/ Favourite Hill Destination] - Manali (Kullu)' & 'Favourite Summer Destination'. These are national level awards as per independent survey conducted by Nielson for Outlook Traveller Magazine.

Family[edit]

Sundeep Bhardwaj Kullu was born to a Brahmin family in Sundernagar and was raised in Mandi,Shimla,New Delhi, Chandigarh, Bangalore & Mumbai . Bhardwaj himself did his early schooling at the St. Mary's High School in Sundernagar and his Science in Biology major from Maharaja Lakshman Sen Memorial College, Sundernagar ( Mandi) Himachal Pradesh. His father Dr. N.L. Bhardwaj is a national awardee in field of education and social services and was teaching for many years. After his retirement from Government Services he is now Principal of Rameshwari Teachers Training Institute Sarabai, Bhuntar, District Kullu. His father is a scholar, with 7 degrees including B.Ed. , M.A. in Political Science , M.A. in Sociology , M.A. in Economics , M.A. in Public Administration , M.Ed.(1976 ) , Ph.D. (1992). He has 35 years comprised teaching experience in Secondary Education & Teacher Training College.He has also adminstrative experience of 8.5 years as Principal.Sundeep's mother Smt. Shakuntla Bhardwaj, a hindi language teacher worked for 40 years in government service and now is living in Kullu.Sundeeep Bhardwaj Kullu's brother Kapil Bhardwaj is a Purchase manager in Fortune 500 MNC (United Phosphorous,Mumbai,India) and his wife Ruma Bhardwaj is a Purchase Manager in Asian Paints ,Mumbai,India.

Himalayas[edit]

He have exclusively covered photostories of Himalayas in India, Nepal, China, Bhutan & Tibet along with landscapes in more than 70 countries.

He has varied experience ranging from 5-star hotel chains to 5-star international airlines to brands like American Express ( American Express Service Centre ,Gurgaon, India).

Education[edit]

He holds 3 degrees in B.H.M.(Bacheors in Hotel Management) from Garden City College,Bangalore , B.Pub.Admn.(Himachal Pradesh University,Summer Hills, Shimla) & M.B.A.( Masters in Business Administration) with specialization in Sales & Marketing from (Symbiosis SCDL,Pune through distance education).

Himachal Cultural Vilage Project[edit]

He is deeply attached to India and wants to come back in near future to do more for Himachal Cultural Village ( HCV Kullu ) Naggar Kullu Himachal. Besides, he worked for Qatar Airways flight operations since year 2007.

He has been interviewed by Unforgettabe Himachal MONAL Official Newsletter/Magazine of HPTDC by Anu Sehg of PARTNERS Chandigarh for Photographer and his best pictures for various articles on his Photgraphy of Himachal and World and his career.

Mohit Chauhan[edit]

Sundeep Bhardwaj Kullu is a die hard Mohit Chauhan Fan. He has been his fan since he launched his first album Boondhein - Silk Route in 1998.
