A number of ingredients that have been shown to have health advantages are included in the Mediterranean diet (MedDiet), such as polyphenols, omega-3 fatty acids, herbal medicine, and B vitamins. Additionally, the MedDiet affects the gut-brain axis by encouraging a variety of gut microbes[1]. The Mediterranean diet, that contains almost all of the dietary antioxidants listed, is an example of a diet plan that embodies these benefits[2]. PLs, GABA, NAC, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, curcumin, resveratrol, Hypericum perforatum, Acorous calamus, and Bacopa monnieri are just a few of the natural substances, minerals, and medicinal plants that have undergone extensive testing and been verified as safe and effective in treating Neurodegenerative Disorders (NDDs) in both animal studies and clinical trials[3].
