Orlando Reeves Prankerd (1847 – 26 June 1930) was a British physician.
Orlando Reeves Prankerd was born in Langport, Somerset , the son of physician and surgeon John Prankerd and Julia Maria Reeves. He studied medicine at the University of Edinburgh, graduating MB CM in 1869 and gaining his M.D. on 1st August 1874.
He married his second wife, Clementina Soares, on 7th February 1876. They had three sons and one daughter, botanist Theodora Lisle Prankerd.
He died in Highgate, London on 26th June 1930.
