GeoVera Holdings, Inc. is group of insurance companies headquartered in Fairfield, California. Its subsidiaries provide residential property insurance in markets throughout the United States that are exposed to catastrophe perils, such as hurricanes or earthquakes. They operate in both admitted and surplus lines markets.[1]

To acquire GeoVera Insurance Company, Pacific Select Property Insurance Company (renamed to Coastal Select Insurance Company), GeoVera Specialty Insurance Company, and GeoVera Specialty Insurance Services, Inc. from St. Paul Travelers, GeoVera Holdings, Inc. was formed on June 28, 2005 by Friedman, Fleischer & Lowe, LLC and Hellman & Friedman, LLC.[2]

On August 8, 2012, GeoVera Holdings, Inc. was acquired by Flexpoint Ford, LLC.[3]
