Expertise[edit]

User Spycoops: I am an independent scholar who has spent 30 years in the study of Oscar Wilde. He is a long-standing member of the Oscar Wilde Society in London, a founding member of the Oscar Wilde Society of America, and a former manager of the Victorian Society In America, I lectures on Wilde and contribute to academic journals including The Wildean and Oscholars.

Disclosure of potential conflicts of interest[edit]

I have no potential conflicts of interest.

All of my work in connection with Wilde and historical research amounting to thousands of hours entirely unpaid. I have a noncommercial website and blog devoted to Wilde, in particular his visits to America, and they are both the Internet leading resources of their kind.

I have never linked to a profit-making site and I have no personal interest in any profit-making site in connection with my contributions to Wikipedia. My aim is simply the dispersion of knowledge and allowing others to benefit from my study as a legacy.
