Us vs. Them is a laser-disc arcade game created by Warren Davis and manufactured by Gottlieb/Mylstar in 1984.[1] In the game you pilot a space ship and attempt to destroy alien invaders attacking Earth. Game play is set up as a shooter, where enemies approach the player's ship from the front and the player must either avoid them or shoot them down. The joystick allows the player to bank left and right, move in and out through levels of depth, and fire attacks at the enemy. The game also occasionally shifts perspective between four different playing angles, adding an extra dimension to the game play. The back-drops for each stage are live-action footage of locations in the U.S.A. The game also features live action footage of actors portraying the crew of your base of operations, as well as frightened citizens under attack.

Us vs. Them was manufactured as a conversion for another arcade title, M.A.C.H. 3,[2] meaning that converting an arcade cabinet of either game to the other is relatively simple, and that the game play for both titles is similar. Some models of the arcade cabinet included a flight seat with vibrations, lights and sound.[3]
