The signaling illustration that you have for the TLRs is very nice, but omits Mal (Tirap). Can you add that adapter protein? It contributes to MyD88-dependent signaling.

several sources explain, that TRIF activates RIP1, which then activates the IKKs. This is said to be part of the MyD88-independent signaling, together with the TBK1-signaling.
