I lived in Birmingham, Alabama from age 8 to 22, but was born and now reside in the Dallas, Texas area.
I am currently a radio broadcast engineer, which I have done off and on since I was 15 years old. I have also worked as a publisher, editor and freelance writer. Publications I have produced or written for include Boys' Life, Girls' Life, The Dallas Morning News, Guideposts For Kids, Country Weekly, React for Teens (former sister to Parade Magazine), The Underground Shopper, various newspapers around the country. My most recent book publishing project is the Vince Vance Rock & Roll Reader.
I'm working on several upcoming book projects right now.
My primary interests in Wikipedia articles so far are in the areas of radio, including companies I work/have worked for and personalities I work with, political topics, and issues/pages related to or involving the Boy Scouts of America, of which I am a proud member and current Cub Scout leader/former Boy Scout leader.
