What are the credentials of the author of the Forbes piece? Who is Adam Jenkins? I have looked at the dispute resolution instructions Wikipedia posts and am happy to submit my objection to the Forbes language to such resolution processes, but I am unfamiliar with the necessary steps. I might say as a starting point that I have never before, in a long career, been accused of "glossing over" economic points.

If you object to criticism even when the critic is favorable, you're getting in hot water. You argument that FORBES is too "conservative" & should not be allowed to evaluate your work is a personal opinion. In this case you need to quote reliable independent sources that state the FORBES reports in 1990s were not reliable sources on journalism. Rjensen (talk) 23:42, 18 July 2017 (UTC)
As for the status of FORBES MEDIA GUIDE see Margaret A. Blanchard (2013). History of the Mass Media in the United States: An Encyclopedia. Taylor & Francis. p. 663. which calls it nonpartisan.
