A FPV (First Person View) Ground Station is an electronic device that is able to comunicate with an RC ( Remote Control )aircraft and is able to provide information while it is in the air and far from sight, it allows the pilot to see what the aircraf is doing so the pilot can go everywhere just like being on the aircraft through the video, normally the device has a DVR ( Digital Video Recorder) as logger of the flight a monitor and speaker so the pilot or co-pilot can see or listen what the aircraft is doing or just for checking the flight after is done, they also have where to plug the video googles if the pilot wants to do the flight with the googles on, a ground station also have a telemetry system and radio that recieve audio, video and the information from the GPS of the aircraft such as latitude, longitude, altitud and distance it also can be able to recieve information of wind speed, battery meter and compass so the pilot can navegate just with the instruments instead sight during night or intense dust, snow or fog, the ground station also have a voltmeter and a signal strenght meter to know how much battery the pilot have left or how strong is the signal from the radio that is tracked with a motion pan tilt anetnna that follows the aircraft throught the GPS position, this devices are becoming more popular for landscaping, sports, documental and hobbie photograph or video.
